1. what are the true primaries of the brain?

Primary colors are the pure colors that cannot be created by other colors. From them, you create all the other colors.

The traditional thought is Red Blue Yellow.

The more accurate (used by printers) is Cyan Magenta Yellow.
    CMY

Those are both additive colors. Like mixing paint and ink. All together they make black.

Perhaps there are more than 3. A printer uses K (Black) presumably because the CMY are too light.

In ancient times, (Leaonardo Da Vince considered the primaries Red, Blue, Green and yellow) there were four primaries.

The best printers seem to use upwards of 8 inks.
I went to a hardware store and discovered that mixing house paints involves mixing many many colors.

So is there really a true set of primary colors?

When I look at a light bulb and look away, I see after images. I’ve always been intrigued by them. When I read Casteneda books, I considered them useful tools to the spiritual world.

The after images, the little dots might be magenta and green. That’s what I think they are. The palette is phosphorescent.  So this is my mind created color from white light.

How does the afterimage of a white light make afterimages of color? And why these colors?

That is why I am interested to know, does the brain have true primaries— are there corners of the color spectrum?
